At MARLI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
